SOUND: GONG. BOWLS. VOCAL
We offer an immersive multi-instrument certified sound healing training - hands-on experience facilitating group sound baths and 1-on-1 treatments, learning the science of sound waves, 7-chakra activations, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and vocal toning. It aims to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and induce deep relaxation by shifting brainwave states.
How It Works (Brainwave Entrainment)
Beta Waves: Active, awake state.

USUI AND TIBETAN REIKI
